Vegan Sour Cream

1 1/2 cups silken tofu, crumbled and firmly packed. Drain.
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t honey, sweetener of your choice or 1/4 t stevia
1/2 t sea salt

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy. Chill before serving. Enjoy!
