Soy Oat Waffles

Ingredients
2 c water
1 c soaked soybeans (preferably organic)
1/8 tbs salt optional
1 1/2 c oats

Directions
Blend all ingredients. Mixture should be better consistency. Pour onto hot, sprayed waffle iron. Do not open until done. Freezes well.

Top with your choice of fruit or my family’s favorite; Peanut butter and applesauce. Yum!
